When I joined, we had two customers: Aidoc and Nanit. After closing dozens of customers at MissingLink and I joined Comet.ml as the 6th employee and scaled the company from a low customer count to over 450.
I saw an entire MLOps space go from less than 10 paying customers to over 4,000. On that journey I leared how the enterprise like Uber and Netflix buy and build AI infrastructure, and how a AI Infrastructure market go’s from early to late adoption. On this journey I met thousands of founders building with AI for six years straight.
I saw what worked and what did not when starting and scaling a AI product. I saw many companies fail and some succeed. I also built lifelong connections with thousands of data scientists, founders, venture capitalists, and operators who have collectively brought AI to fruition as we know it today.
There is no shortcut for the knowledge and wisdom gained from my experience; this is what has powers Banyan and has guided me on seeding the next generation of AI-native infrastructure that will transform our society.
